Are we given a delivery and collection date/time?

Yes, we close our weekly bookings at the close of business on a Wednesday and 1st thing Thursday morning we calculate the delivery logistics for the week ahead, taking each & every clients event start time & requirements into consideration.

We aim to email our clients a 2hr delivery window to ensure that we’re fully set-up to allow clients at least 2hrs clear prior to the start of their event. This ensures that clients can plan their day with ease.

Likewise, we email clients a 2hr collection window so that clients have time to prepare for our teams arrival. As a rule, where possible, we try not to collect before 09.30am – we are a Party company !

We’re pretty good at arriving on time – some clients tell us they can set their watch by us. On rare occasions, traffic can delay us, these are very rare occasions, but we’ll keep you updated.
